Appointments

How to make an appointment/Seek Help?

At Pastures Way Surgery, we work together to provide you with a suitable and convenient appointment. Our receptionists have been trained to ask you general questions so that an appropriate consultation can be arranged quickly and efficiently. We request that patients describe their problem accurately, so that this process can work effectively.

You can seek non-urgent help via the forms under the “online requests” heading at the top of the page. Depending on the request, the practice will either communicate back to you via online message, text message, phone call or by arranging an appointment to speak to a member of staff who can help. Please note that the is a 48 hour response time for this method. This may be extended further during busy periods.

You can make an emergency appointment by calling 01582 667017 at 08:00 on the day. Please note, issues that are not medically urgent are not dealt with during emergency appointments.
