Health Visitors

Our health visitors are mainly concerned with young children as well as health promotion. You can contact the health visitors via the surgery reception.

District Nurses

Our district nurses carry out the day care of some housebound patients once allocation is made by doctors.

Midwife

Our community midwives provide ante-natal and post natal care of mothers and babies. You can contact the midwife via the surgery reception.

Community Matron

The community matrons are allocated by the doctors, for housebound care of some patients.

Psychiatric Liaison Nurse

The psychiatric liaison nurse supports mental health issues after referral from the doctors.

CAMH Liaison Nurse

The CAMH liaison nurse supports children’s mental health assessments and reviews after referral from the doctors.

Wellbeing Service Administrator

The wellbeing administrator visits the practice on a weekly basis of behalf of Luton Wellbeing Service to co-ordinate wellbeing care for patients who have been referred to by the doctors.
