Our patient participation group (PPG) is made up of 16 members and practice staff.  Meetings are usually held every 3 months, where we discuss services and facilities offered by the practice to the patients.  We have a proactive group of members who have made positive contributions and improvements to the practice.  The PPG have helped to conduct patient feedback surveys.
